Classification and description
The differential diagnosis regarding manifestations of mood swings can be difficult, since the qualified listening is essential to collect information able to indicate which forms of mood swings in puerperal period the woman is presenting.
Silva and Botti (2005), consolidated important information and built a comparative tool that can help characterize different clinical forms of postpartum mood swings.
